TSS is a service aimed at improving and promoting access, education, compliance, training, and ongoing support for both participants and support workers. We are passionate and committed to ensuring that support workers are skilled, informed, and compliant while providing the highest quality service.

We are driven and dedicated to providing advocacy, control, empowerment, and education to participants to engage with services and navigate their needs to be given exact specific cares. As culturally approved service provider with an amazing team of support workers, we also recognise and understand the shift in the sector, with more people wanting to work for themselves and participants seeking more flexibility and control over how they receive their services.

Having personally, lived experience with mental health and disability, I, the director am aware of how overwhelming, stressful, and confusing it can be to both receive and provide support. My goal is to eliminate stigma and utilise my experiences to offer a professional, compassionate, and person-centered approach to all. Services offered will include personalised templates, compliance checks, education, resources, training, networking events, webinars, one-on-one, and group sessions.
